Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kx80 website at kx80.io, registering a player account, or using any service offered by kx80 (including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming products), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with kx80's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the kx80 platform, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the site without an account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held will be subject to review.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with kx80. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is prohibited. kx80 uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are identified, kx80 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

2.3 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kx80 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify kx80 immediately at [email protected].

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

kx80 is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. While the platform may be technically accessible from other locations, kx80 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of kx80 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Verification (KYC)

kx80 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. All accounts are subject to verification before withdrawal requests can be processed. kx80 may request identity verification at any point during a player's relationship with the platform, not only at the time of first withdrawal.

3.1 Acceptable Verification Documents

kx80 may request one or more of the following documents as part of the verification process:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Birth registration certificate for age confirmation
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used to make deposits

3.2 Verification Timeframes

kx80 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases or cases requiring additional information may take longer. During the verification period, deposit functionality remains available; however, withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kx80 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kx80 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional verification requirements. kx80 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made through any of the accepted payment methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals are processed within approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing may take longer during periods of high transaction volume or if additional verification is required.

4.4 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Any active bonus funds in your account are subject to the wagering requirements attached to that specific bonus at the time it was credited. You may not withdraw bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.5 Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify kx80 at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date. kx80 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks initiated directly with your payment provider without prior engagement with kx80 support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

kx80 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above unless otherwise specified. kx80 reserves the right to limit the availability of any bonus to specific player segments, geographic regions within Bangladesh, or players who meet certain activity criteria. A player may only claim a specific bonus once unless the offer explicitly permits multiple claims.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds simultaneously, real money funds will be used first in all betting and gaming activity.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

kx80 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus misuse is identified. Bonus misuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse in collusion with other players.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and other gaming activity conducted on the kx80 platform is subject to the specific game and sport rules published within each product area, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific product concerned.

6.1 Sports Betting

kx80 offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. A bet is confirmed only when kx80 issues a bet confirmation reference number. Verbal acceptance by support agents does not constitute a confirmed bet.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Crazy Time are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the game studio's published rules, which are displayed within the game interface. kx80 is not responsible for connectivity issues arising from a player's internet service provider that result in disconnection during a live game session.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on kx80 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Hacksaw Gaming, and others. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game studio and are published within the game information panel. kx80 does not alter RTP settings.

6.4 Void Bets & Game Errors

kx80 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or any other system malfunction that resulted in the bet being placed or settled at an incorrect price or outcome. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx80 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to the outcome of any sporting event
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Deliberately exploiting identified software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes without notifying kx80
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Allowing any third party to operate your kx80 account on your behalf
• Engaging in chargebacks through payment providers in bad faith

Intellectual Property

All content on the kx80 platform — including but not limited to the kx80 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, data compilations, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of kx80 or its licensed content partners. No part of the kx80 platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, transmitted, or used in any commercial or non-commercial context without the prior written permission of kx80.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. kx80 holds valid licensing agreements for all third-party content presented on the platform.

Privacy & Data

kx80's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the kx80 Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the kx80 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

kx80 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the kx80 servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. kx80 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the kx80 service (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate transactions).

Responsible Gaming

kx80 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits kx80's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

kx80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kx80 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The amended terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the kx80 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the kx80 platform and may request the withdrawal of any eligible balance from your account prior to closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the kx80 platform, kx80 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

kx80 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Players who remain dissatisfied after engaging with kx80's internal dispute resolution process may pursue available remedies under applicable law. kx80 does not offer binding arbitration as a mandatory dispute resolution mechanism.
